Less Google. Still your smartphone.

Reduce unnecessary platform dependence and tracking with a practical, privacy-focused Pixel experience backed by your own private cloud.

$500 setup + optional $30/month management Personal early-access pricing

More privacy should not turn your phone into a hobby project.

Moving away from dominant platforms can mean confusing setup, uncertain tradeoffs, and ongoing maintenance. Most people want greater independence while keeping a practical smartphone experience.

More independence, without building the alternative yourself.

Enhove combines a GrapheneOS-based phone setup with your own private cloud and the core services behind it. You keep a familiar Android experience with less dependence on dominant platforms, without having to assemble and maintain the whole system yourself. Ongoing Enhove management is optional.

Less dependence

Designed to reduce unnecessary reliance on dominant platforms.

Still practical

A familiar Android experience on compatible Pixel hardware.

Private cloud

Your own private cloud and supported core services sit behind the phone experience.

Add optional Enhove management if you want updates, monitoring, support, and backup/recovery support handled with you.

Independence needs somewhere private to live.

Your private cloud runs the supported core services behind the phone — Private VPN, Email, Push and DNS. This gives more of the phone experience a private foundation without requiring you to build and operate the infrastructure yourself. Ongoing Enhove management is optional.

Enhove’s precise ownership, recovery, and portability mechanics are still being validated. We will publish the details before asking customers to commit.

A private connection between your phone and your own infrastructure.

Questions you should ask before trusting a system like this.

What is Enhove, exactly?

Enhove combines a GrapheneOS-based phone setup with your own private cloud. We prepare the phone and cloud to work together and can manage the technical side for you. It is more than an alternative Android OS or a collection of privacy apps. See how Enhove works.

Do I need to buy an Enhove Phone?

No. If you already have a compatible Pixel, you can use the BYOD path. If you prefer not to handle the phone setup yourself, you can choose a ready-to-use Enhove Phone based on compatible Pixel hardware.

How does BYOD setup work?

You need just a PC and a cable to connect your Pixel to it.
Enhove provides step-by-step instructions and the files needed to set up a compatible Pixel yourself. If you need help, Enhove support can guide you through the process. Your phone never needs to be shipped to us or handed over to Enhove.

Which phones are supported?

Enhove is being developed for selected Google Pixel models compatible with the GrapheneOS-based phone setup. A confirmed compatibility list will be published before purchase.

Who owns my private cloud?

Your private cloud is a dedicated VPS rather than a shared Enhove account. The hosting-provider account and root credentials are handed over to you. If you choose optional management, Enhove uses a separate administrative account that can be revoked without deleting the VPS.

Can I use my private cloud without an Enhove Phone?

Yes. Your private cloud is separate from the phone and remains under your control. An Enhove Phone or a compatible BYOD setup connects your phone to that environment, but the private cloud itself is not tied to a specific Enhove device. How you access individual services may depend on the service itself.

Can Enhove access my private data?

The managed service is designed so Enhove does not need access to your personal data. Management is focused on keeping the supported infrastructure and services healthy and operational, not on accessing their contents. Enhove does not require your personal encryption or recovery secrets. The exact administrative-access model is being validated and will be documented before purchase.

What does “managed” mean?

Enhove monitors and maintains the supported infrastructure and services, including the operational work needed to keep them running. You do not need to administer the system yourself. Exact service and support boundaries will be documented before purchase.

What happens if Enhove disappears or I decide to leave?

Your private cloud remains yours. You can stop the Enhove management service and continue operating the infrastructure yourself or have another administrator manage it. Enhove is intended to manage your infrastructure, not own it.

What’s the difference between Personal and Business?

Personal is designed for an individual and their private phone and cloud environment. Business is intended for organizations that need to support multiple devices or users and require business-oriented administration and support. Exact Business features and pricing are still being validated.

Does Enhove require a Google account?

No. Enhove is designed to work without a personal Google account. You do not need to sign in to Google to use the core phone and Enhove services.

Does Enhove completely eliminate Google?

Not completely. Enhove is designed to minimize direct Google dependencies while keeping the phone practical. Some compatibility features, such as push notifications, may still interact with Google infrastructure. Where that happens, the interaction is designed to remain separate from your personal Google identity and does not require a Google account. Enhove does not claim complete anonymity.

Will every Android app work?

Most everyday Android use should remain familiar, but we are not claiming universal compatibility. Some banking, authentication, payment, notification, or other apps may behave differently. Verified compatibility guidance will be published before purchase.

Is the price final?

No. Approximately $500 setup plus optional $30/month management is the current Personal early-access pricing hypothesis. Initial Setup includes the first two years of VPS hosting; hosting after that term will still need to be paid and its renewal price is not yet fixed. The monthly amount is for optional ongoing management. Ready-to-use phone hardware is priced separately, and final pricing has not yet been confirmed.
